浙江人一閥門(mén)制造有限公司建立于2000年，并擁有旗下分公司永嘉縣超旺泵閥有限公司，坐落于被稱為“中國(guó)泵閥之鄉(xiāng)”的甌北鎮(zhèn)安豐工業(yè)園區(qū)，企業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)近十多年的發(fā)展，目前已成為一家生產(chǎn)技術(shù)雄厚，現(xiàn)代化管理模式，是溫州及周邊地區(qū)規(guī)模較大實(shí)力相當(dāng)?shù)亩嘣髽I(yè)。公司占地面積8000平方米，現(xiàn)有員工150人，工程技術(shù)人員23人。已通過(guò)ISO9001：2000國(guó)際質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證,歐盟CE認(rèn)證，并于04到15連續(xù)12年被評(píng)為“明星企業(yè)”。

        我司擁有四大主車間，一車間全硅溶膠鑄造、二車間復(fù)合型精密鑄造、三車間樹(shù)脂砂和水玻璃鑄造、四車間精加工，各有流水線選型生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。樹(shù)脂砂再生造型線2套、2噸中頻爐一臺(tái)、1噸中頻爐二臺(tái)、0.4噸中頻爐二臺(tái)、0.15噸精煉爐二臺(tái)、15噸、20噸電爐熱處理一臺(tái)、大型噴拋清理設(shè)備六臺(tái)。新導(dǎo)入國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)全硅溶膠與復(fù)合水玻璃二套精密鑄造設(shè)備，產(chǎn)品尺寸精確度高，光潔度好，特適用于結(jié)構(gòu)不易加工的鑄件。主要檢測(cè)設(shè)備有日本島津高精度光譜儀、物理機(jī)械性能檢測(cè)設(shè)備及磁粉探傷、γ射線探傷、超聲波探傷、拉力儀器、沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)等檢測(cè)設(shè)備。專業(yè)生產(chǎn)各類牌號(hào)鑄件。加工車間配有數(shù)控加工中心，數(shù)控機(jī)床，及其它各類通用、專用機(jī)床20余臺(tái)套。主要生產(chǎn)各種雙相不銹鋼閘閥、球閥、截止閥、止回閥，美標(biāo)閥門(mén)、高溫高壓閥門(mén)及機(jī)械配件等。閥門(mén)產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、化肥、煉油、貨架、冶金、醫(yī)藥、釀酒、電力、供熱、城建等行業(yè)。

ZHEJIANG RENYI VALVE MANUFACTURING CO., LTD Was established in 2000, and has its branch YONGJIA CHAOWANG PUMP VALVE CO., LTD., is located in " hometown of pump and valve" Anfeng industrial Area,Oubei Town,Yongjia Country,Wenzhou. the company after nearly 10 years of development, has become a production technology is strong, modern management mode, it is the larger strength rather diversified enterprise in circumjacent area wenzhou. The company existing staff is 200 ,of which 23 are senior technical staff. We has already been accredited to ISO9001:2000 and CE.Meanwhile,we are awarded medals of “Star Enterprise” from 2004 to 2011.

     Our factory has four main workshops. The first workshop is specialized in manufacturing ludox investment castings and the second workshop is specialized in producing investment castings of mixed mode process and the third workshop’s processes include water glass and resin sand and the fourth workshop is finish machining. In addition, our company is possessed of advanced and developed equipments, including one 2-ton intermediate frequency furnace, two 1-ton intermediate frequency furnaces, two 0.4-ton intermediate frequency furnaces, two 0.15-ton refining furnaces, one 15-ton electric furnace heat treatment, one 20-ton electric furnace heat treatment, two sets of resin sand recycling molding line ,six sets of blast cleaning plants.
